Over the years, I've also learned a thing or two about the Braves and their rich history. In this article, I'll share 100 things that every Braves fan should know and do before they die. 100 Things Braves Fans Should Know & Do
- Visit the Braves Hall of Fame. Located at Truist Park, the Braves Hall of Fame is a must-see for any fan of the team. You'll find exhibits on all of the Braves' greatest players, including Hank Aaron, Chipper Jones, and Greg Maddux.
- Attend a game at Truist Park. There's nothing quite like experiencing the excitement of a Braves game in person. Truist Park is one of the most beautiful ballparks in baseball, and the atmosphere is electric on game days.
- Watch a Braves game on TV. If you can't make it to a game in person, watching the Braves on TV is the next best thing. TBS has been the Braves' television home since 1977, and their coverage is top-notch.
- Listen to a Braves game on the radio. Listening to the Braves on the radio is a great way to stay connected to the team when you're on the go. The Braves Radio Network has a wide reach, so you can listen to games from anywhere in the country.
- Read a book about the Braves. There are many great books about the Braves, both past and present. If you're looking for a good read, I recommend "The Braves: A History of Atlanta's Team" by David O'Brien.
- Collect Braves memorabilia. Braves memorabilia is a great way to show your team spirit. There are many different types of memorabilia available, from jerseys to bobbleheads to autographed baseballs.
- Join a Braves fan club. There are many Braves fan clubs out there, both local and national. Joining a fan club is a great way to connect with other fans and stay up-to-date on the latest news and events.
- Attend a Braves convention. Braves conventions are held throughout the year, and they're a great way to meet players, get autographs, and learn more about the team.
- Volunteer for the Braves. There are many ways to volunteer for the Braves, from working at games to helping out with community events. Volunteering is a great way to give back to the team and make a difference.
- Donate to the Braves Foundation. The Braves Foundation is a non-profit organization that supports youth baseball and softball programs in Georgia. Donating to the foundation is a great way to help the Braves give back to the community.
These are just a few of the many things that every Braves fan should know and do before they die. Whether you're a lifelong fan or a new one, I encourage you to check out some of these items on your list. You're sure to have a great time and make some memories that will last a lifetime.
